Care
Support for those who need it now
Cooking sessions and get-togethers that bring people out of isolation, help for older people, essentials for vulnerable families, and childcare so parents can study or work.
Community foundation · United Kingdom
We bring people together, look after older people and families who need a hand, and help women learn skills, earn an income and build a secure future.

Our purpose
Most help stops at the parcel or the visit. We want to go further. Alongside practical support, we teach skills that lead to income and build a business arm that funds our work and gives members a route to long-term security.

Care
Cooking sessions and get-togethers that bring people out of isolation, help for older people, essentials for vulnerable families, and childcare so parents can study or work.

Grow
Practical training for women, small-business support, and a long-term plan for property ownership.
What we do
Regular get-togethers where people cook, learn and spend time with others. Open to anyone who feels isolated, is new to the area or would like to meet people.
Care, company and practical help for older members of our community, so they feel valued, respected and included.
For women who spend much of their time at home and want to learn a skill or start earning. Practical trades that can grow into self-employment.
Helping parents and guardians who need childcare so they can study, train or work, and opening doors to learning for children.
Shopping runs and essential items for people and families going through a hard time.
“Our goal is simple: to care for our community today while building a more secure future for tomorrow.”
Out in the community
Members, families and friends out together for a festive evening in the West End.

Meals and essentials taken to people living and working on the streets.
An afternoon of conversation, culture and new connections between members.

In partnership
Together with our partner RAC Impact Foundation, we’ve delivered food, drinks and household supplies to pupils and families in Ghana. We’re always open to working with organisations who share our values.
Volunteer your time, teach a skill, partner with us, or support our work. Every bit of help goes back into the community.
